With a huge focus on details, aggressiveness and IQ, everyday in the gym with coach is a day to be better. He is dedicated and passionate about helping each player surpass their full potential.

With over 10 years of experience working with athletes of all ages, Coach Gates is highly invested in each player's development, and takes it personal. He will often attend player's games to see them in action and customized trainings for how each player performs in-game.
